Developmental Delay- If your child is behind on one or a few gross motor developmental milestones (ie. Rolling, Sitting, Crawling, Walking), Katie will work with him/her to improve strength, coordination, endurance, range of motion to get them caught up and on track to meeting future milestones on time.

Torticollis/Plagiocephaly- Torticollis is caused by shortened/tight muscles in the neck, causing a baby to prefer to look one direction (and often tilt their head to the opposite direction). Plagiocephaly is a flattened spot/misshapen skull. Torticollis and Plagiocephaly often go together. Katie treats both of these diagnoses through various gentle stretching, strengthening through developmental play, and repositioning techniques.

Neurological Impairments/Genetic Abnormalities- Katie treats diagnoses such as Down Syndrome, Spina Bifida or rare genetic diseases.

Pre/Post Tongue Tie Release- Katie works with babies pre/post tongue tie releases to help relieve body and mouth tension, improve nervous system regulation, and improve oral motor strength, range of motion, endurance and coordination.

Prenatal Yoga- Katie is trained in and teaches prenatal yoga to help Mom prepare for birth, relieve discomfort from pregnancy and allow the body and mind to relax.

Baby & Me Yoga- Katie teaches fun, supportive, gentle yoga classes, which are safe and effective for postpartum Mamas. Each class includes work to gently improve flexibility of tightened muscles, stabilizing and strengthening the core, while also having bonding time with baby including massage and enjoyable tummy time.
